At Olson Pearson Auctions and Reality, we don’t measure success on numbers. We measure success on the smile of satisfied customers -- sellers and buyers who have experienced the quality and range of services we provide. In our minds, YOUR success is our top priority.

The staff at Olson Pearson is dedicated to making the selling process as easy as possible, from start to finish. According to your personal needs, our services include:

• Initial visits to look at property and/or sale items.
• List items/take photos to post on Web site and sale bills.
• Box and haul household items from site to sale location.
• Clean/detail vehicles and equipment.
• Set-up farm and household sale locations.
• Provide complete sale day staff.

We also work one-on-one with customers to determine what advertising strategy will result in the most successful sale through a combination of print, broadcast and digital media. In the past, this combination has included sale bills posted in local businesses, 30-second radio spots and complete sale listings posted on the Web.

ABOUT US

The staff at Olson Pearson is as diverse as the services it provides. The company officially began in December 2002 and continues to hold approximately 35 sales and list approximately 35 properties each year. Because Ed, David and the rest of the staff understand what it’s like to be on the other side of the auction block, they do their best to make sure the buying and selling experience is worth your time, every time.
